ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the CONSUMER ordered electronically from the SELLER's "www.bybosscreative.net" website. It is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the law.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

Products are digital products (Opencart theme, website theme, graphic design, etc.)

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DELIVERY

4.1- CONSUMER declares that he/she has read and informed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product/s subject to the contract, sales price and payment method and delivery on the SELLER website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2- The product subject to the contract will be delivered digitally after purchase (E-mail, File download link).

4-3- When the product is purchased, the system automatically provides a download link. Files can be downloaded via this download link.

Return & Exchange Policy

The download link appears automatically after the product is purchased. For this reason, the purchased product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please read the cancellation and return conditions when purchasing a product. There are no refunds for products delivered digitally.
